We're committed to full transparency about how we collect prices, what that means for you, and how to get the most out of our platform.
How we collect prices
Price records come from configured store pages and feeds. The system extracts current prices from product page HTML, structured data, and feed APIs where available.
Each public product page links back to the store source so shoppers can confirm the final price before purchase.
How often are prices updated?
Price freshness depends on the configured store integration and import schedule. The last updated timestamp on each product page shows when the price was last confirmed.
Because prices change in real time, there may be a small lag between what we show and the current price at the retailer. Always check the retailer's page before purchasing.
How price history works
Every time we collect a price, we store it with a timestamp. This builds up a complete price history over time.
We use this price history to power our Price Intelligence signals so you know whether now is a good time to buy.
What do the price signals mean?
Lowest ever price
The current price is at or within 3% of the lowest price we've ever recorded.
Good deal / % below average
The current price is at least 10% below the historical average.
Average price
The price is close to the historical average.
Consider waiting
The price is more than 12% above the historical average.
Affiliate relationships & how we make money
Some of the links on PriceIno are affiliate links. If you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
This does not affect our price rankings. Products are always ranked by price, lowest first, regardless of any commercial relationship.
Our commitment to you
We will always show you the cheapest available price we can find, even if that retailer doesn't have an affiliate relationship with us.
Stores we own, and why we tell you
PriceIno is operated by Ulixar Commerce Technologies Ltd. Three of the stores we compare — Vesta Glow, Ferbod and The Tiny Lux — are owned by the same group. We disclose this openly: these stores appear in our results and are ranked by price on exactly the same terms as every other retailer, with no preferential placement, boosting or hidden ownership. Every other store we list is an independent third-party retailer.
Orders, returns & refunds
PriceIno is a price-comparison service — we do not sell products, take payment, ship orders or handle returns ourselves. When you click through to a retailer, your purchase, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds are governed entirely by that retailer's own terms and policies shown at their checkout. Always review the retailer's returns and refund policy before you buy.
