Frequently asked questions

Common questions about buying this product.

Who is this product best for?

This holder is ideal for homeowners or renters looking to free up counter space, especially in small kitchens. It's also great for workshops, garages, or any area where you want a paper towel roll within reach without taking up table or bench space.

What should shoppers check before buying?

Before purchasing, measure the underside of your cabinet to ensure there is enough clearance for the holder and the paper towel roll. Also, check the diameter of your paper towel rolls to confirm they fit the tension arm. Consider the installation surface – it should be flat and smooth for the adhesive version, or you'll need to screw it into place for a more permanent mount.
